On 21st November 2022, H.E. Col (Rtd) Fred Mwesigye, High Commissioner of the Republic of Uganda to the United Republic of Tanzania, toured the EACOP Insulation Plant and Coating Yard located in Sojo village,Nzega District in Tabora Region, URT.

In his remarks, the High Commissioner thanked their Excellencies, the Presidents of Uganda and Tanzania for their Commitment in seeing the success of the EACOP Project which will transform the entire East African Region and accelerate the Integration process. He also thanked H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda for the EACOP Project appreciation gesture emphasising that the historical blood relationship between Uganda and Tanzania cannot be underrated.
